Take your thought captive the Kingdom Lives in YOU

Jesus saves, and when he gives us a new heart and mind it is still our job to take authority over every thought in the name of Jesus! There will always be some type of spiritual warfare, but the beauty of being a follower of Christ is that he is the winner of every battle! We have the winner on our side, so whatever lie the enemy tries to put in our minds, we have the power to stop. God has given us all authority over every spirit that's not like him. We have a secret weapon in prayer that gives us the power to loose and bind these thoughts in the name of Jesus! When you loose something it means that you allow it and when you bind something it means you disallow it. As believers of Jesus Christ, we are able to bind every thought from the enemy and all of heaven backs us up. If you're asking god, "What else is there, I feel there is more I need to know." The key is that the kingdom of god now lives inside of you. Things that were not possible to resist or calm are now possible because of Jesus. We have full authority over our lives and we have the kingdom inside of us so those battles are nothing that God can't handle. If we are so afraid to live because we are waiting to die to be saved we are living wrong. Once we welcome Jesus into our hearts and he renews our mind and spirit we now have the likeness of Christ in us. God came to us so that we might live and that we may have it more abundantly. We sit, we read, and we pray, and we want to know more and the truth is that the kingdom and God live within us. Luke 17:21 "For behold the kingdom of god is within you." This does not mean that we don't still read the bible, but when we do we must write the words on our hearts. When we write the words on our hearts we are using the words and scriptures God has given us to share. We should be using the bible and God's gift of the Holy Spirit to pray for and minister to others.
